1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

• 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped.

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped.
  • It will USUALLY take 2-7 business days, from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide, but PLEASE allow up to 3 weeks due to high demand

 

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

• We ship from our West Coast warehouse.

 

3. I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER CAN I TRACK MY ITEMS?

• Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you just simply click on your tracking number link.

5. HOW TO REMOVE DIP POWDER?

• Use a file or an E-file to take off the top coat
• Soak a cotton ball in acetone
• Place the cotton ball on the nail and wrapp it in a foil sheet - let it soak for 10-15 min
• Take off the foil and wipe off. The nail powder should be easy to peel or wipe away. If not, then soak the nails in acetone for a little longer.
